This project reinterprets containers as a symbol of upcycling a fundamental element of the company. Reflecting modernity, inspired by Miami’s vibrant style, its aesthetic is defined by white, green terraces, and panoramic views. By integrating solar panels, low-consumption systems, and reusing greywater, exceptional energy efficiency is achieved. The interior spaces are conceived as flexible environments that foster collaboration. The connection with nature is reflected in the landscaped terraces, creating a harmonious and stimulating work environment. This project represents the synthesis of architectural innovation and commitment to sustainability, setting a new standard in the design of contemporary corporate spaces.
